According to the condominium's general rules and regulations, only reservations for a minimum of 5 nights are accepted. -No guests: by condominium regulations it is prohibited to enter guests within the facilities or accommodation, only registered guests may enter. Prior to check-in, ALL guests will be asked for a photograph of their ID. -No pets: It is forbidden to bring pets into the facilities or accommodation. -KW Consumption: Each unit has a certain KW usage limit. When this limit is exceeded, an extra cost will be incurred, so we remind you to use it consciously. The KW that the accommodation includes will be sent to you once you confirm your reservation. -Check In 3:00 PM and Check Out 11:00 AM Reservation hours the same day of entry, Check in is at 6:00 PM: The check-in time with reservations on the same day is subject to the organization with the cleaning team so that you find your accommodation in the best conditions before you enter. -One car per reservation: You are only granted one parking space per accommodation, we suggest you consider it beforehand. -No smoking: Smoking is prohibited in common areas, the condominium facilities and prohibited in the accommodation. We remind you that they are smoke-free spaces. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -Extra guests additional cost as long as the capacity of the accommodation is respected: Each accommodation has a maximum number of guests, counting adults, children and babies, since Airbnb does not count babies within the capacity, if you want to add extra guests after making your reservation it will be possible with an extra charge for each additional guest as long as the limit of people established in the accommodation is not exceeded. The use of drones in the common and private areas of the condominium is strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to generate excessive noise, especially during nighttime hours (after 11:59 PM). The coexistence of other residents must be respected and any conduct that may be detrimental to the family environment of the condominium must be avoided. No changes of dates or movements in the reservation are allowed once the letter of entrance to the condominium has been made and sent, as well as no guests other than those confirmed in the reservation or exceeding the limit of occupancy allowed.
